Injection molded from polypropylene copolymer. Impact strength tested using a universal material testing machine, the material achieves an impact strength of over 15 kJ/m². Combined with three temperature and humidity cycle tests, it is guaranteed to resist cracking and deformation under extreme temperature swings and vibration.
Added UV stabilizer
A 2% UV stabilizer is added to the surface formula. After 1000 hours of continuous UV aging in a UV aging chamber, the color difference (ΔE) is kept within 2, preventing surface chalking or fading caused by sunlight, making it suitable for extended outdoor use.
Drill-free design
Using 3D scanning technology to precisely locate the original vehicle mounting holes, high-strength nylon fasteners are installed. During installation, a torque wrench is used to control the screw torque within the range of 8 ± 0.5 Nm to avoid overtightening and stress concentration, ensuring quick installation without damaging the vehicle body.
